Fruits of Saxon Transylvania

Restored 1890’s private home of James de Candole, Copsa Mare
The former Saxon village of Copsa Mare is surrounded by species rich grasslands, deep valleys and high forested ridges. The Bistria (thin) plums will be ripe, whilst other stone fruits have reverted to a wild state.
