Why take this course?
Do your darks look lifeless and dull… learn how to make fruits, florals and vegetables shimmer with intriguing hidden colour.
Try working ‘wet into damp’ and then finishing with controlled ‘dry brush’. Also learn why and when to build a patchwork of color wash and ‘knit’ them together with layered transparent darks. Techniques that really work.
You will see several examples of my work presented as step-by-step scans which I call ‘build-ups’ so that you can study my process of creating those deep rich darks.
